Celeste was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful in assisting us with the questions we had when enquiring about adding a back aluminum bar on the back of our recently purchased Ford ute. Great Racks matched the profile to the front bar of the existing tray and also put pins on the front bar which was a great addition at no extra cost.Jack who greeted us on the day was polite and as we were waiting for the work to be completed, managed to get it done well within the 4 hours initially advised.Great work, value for money (had quotes double of what we paid from other companies) and are so happy with the result.Great business, get out there and support them!

I saw great racks advertised on Instagram and I highly recommend using them. For starters the administration side of the business was so helpful and explained everything perfectly and was really organised. The framework and cover was completed at a high standard and they use great quality materials. I will be going back to great racks that’s for sure and will be recommending them to everyone.

These guys are the best. Unbelievably professional, reliable service. Within two weeks of first contact, we had our custom racks and tools boxes installed, plus 2 other requested items were no worries for them. They made the ideas we had for our truck come to life. Will be using again for the rest of our fleet. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend Great Racks. I had quite a complex job wanting a roof rack to carry a roof top tent and heavy duty awning above my canopy which was challenging due to to my canopy having gull wing type doors which required a few tweaks to get perfect. Mark and Celeste gave me 100% attention until the job was perfect. They even made time to squeeze it in before the xmas rush to make sure I was happy and could use it overt the break. Its hard to find service like this these days. Great people.

I had specific needs and wants for my rack and canopy . All of which were met to the absolute highest quality. The workmanship is second to none . Not only does it look amazing, it's practical and built tough. From the office staff right through to the very talented team on the workshop floor ,the service was extremely professional .There was no hassle at all with delivery and pick up times . As far as the quote it was spot on with no hidden extras. The courtesy car was a much unexpected and handy bonus . I could go on and on . 6 out of 5 stars!!I think this is a great example of how a business should be run and its very easy to see why they are busy.Very efficient, organised and knowledgeable team, Celeste was my first contact after calling quite a few roof rack suppliers and none of them could answer any queries, I was quite shocked and relieved that after speaking with Celeste for a few minutes she had not only answered all of my questions she had also made a few very constructive suggestions and at a very reasonable price. The service followed through to the job being completed on multiple vehicles. Very happy with the finished product. I will be using Great Racks again and I highly recommend this business to everyone!

Its been two and a half weeks since Great Racks sorted a rack and H bar for our Hilux. Mark and Celeste were a pleasure to deal with. They have a highly professional and friendly team who build high quality racks and canopies. I had an aluminium frame and marine grade canopy that is fully water proof put on my dual cab ute. It looks fantastic and is highly functional. I wanted a canopy on my ute so my dog is protected from the elements yet has lots of fresh air as we are driving. They also gave me a loan car while my frame and canopy were being fitted. I'm very happy with the finished product it looks fantastic and my dog will be cool in summer and dry in winter. Thank you to Mark, Celeste and the whole team, Great Work😊

I came across Great Racks doing an internet search. I called and talked to Celeste then went from there. Outcome is Celeste and Mark did an outstanding job manufacturing and installing the canopy on the back of my Triton. Celeste provided all the information and advice I needed to make the decision about the canopy configuration, and Mark delivered a high quality product with the attention to detail I asked for. Configuration: 3 door, 700mm rack overhang, mesh on floor of rack, boat rollers, full length doors (drop sides removed) and internal lock on back door. Very happy with the cost and product!

Celeste & Mark have the best customer service in Perth.I highly recommend Great Racks for their ability to listen to your request and provide you with what you need. The quality of their work is excellent and the extra work they do is astounding - Mark tightened up all the bolts on my chassis when he saw they were loose. And even as I was about to leave with my rack he improved two fittings right in front of me because he knew it would be better.Celeste is very thorough with the planning and communication ensuring that all requests were included in the quote so everyone knew what was being done and at what price.They are incredibly professional and very friendly.Thanks guys.

Great Experience with the Team at great racks. Helped me out for an insurance job on the work truck, even did some liaising with the insurance company to explain the scope of what was required to make the repairs. I recently had a 1/2 cage and side gates cut down with full custom roof rack and canvas done on my dual cab Hilux.Talking to Celeste on the phone whilst I waswaway at work was very easy! She knew exactly what I was after and sent through heaps of previous builds to show me what was able to be done.After dropping the car off I was amazed that 3 days later it was all fitted and looked so good with the boat canvas.Extreamly Happy with the workmanship and ease of getting it done!Highly recommend great racks!I will definitely he taking my boat there for to get done in the near future.

We can not rate Great Racks high enough.. Celeste and Mark were super helpful and friendly to deal with. We live a couple of hours out of Perth and they were very accomodating with drop off and pick up times. We are very pleased with the custom rack built to fit our needs and the canopy looks so good!! When looking for a new rack for my Ford Ranger space cab with fibreglass canopy. I found Great Racks on the internet who offered a custom built rack. Very happy with the rack manufactured, and fitted to my Ute by Great Racks, additionally supplying me with a courtesy Ute allowed me to continue my work commitments. I found All staff members polite, professional and informative, from Celeste in quotation and options available to me, also the workshop team, young friendly and professional,For me the only downside is location in Henderson as I work in the Northern suburbs, but overall I’m happy with the end product and service provided.

Great Racks, Great service, Great workman ship, Great all round, they helped me design and build a canopy for my 79 series land cruiser and there service was amazing right down to the final delivery. As far as price they were not the cheapest around doing these sorts of canopy's but the same old story you get what you pay for. I will defiantly be back to them should i need any more accessories or mods to my land cruiser.

Great work, captured exactly what I was after and delivered as promised and on time. They built a mesh lockable frame on my existing tray, and added a roof rack. Thank you very much. The upholstery crew they use also did a phenomenal job. Although competitively priced they were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, the workmanship is fantastic and the finishes great. It is not often you find anyone that take so much pride in what they do.

Just had my rack custom made by Mark and the crew. I was actually referred to by a friend and I gotta say I'm bloody stoked with the outcome. From the friendly service and a courtesy vehicle so I could still do a days work, and even the pleasantly surprising quote, i loved every second of dealing with the great racks crew. The team at Great Racks are fabulous. Flexible, friendly and customer focussed. Mark was happy to chat and discuss options, but also aware of what a good product needs to be (if he's going to put his name on it).I dropped the car off in the morning, chatted about final design and my goals for the rack (tub mount tent rack). I then had use of the courtesy car until a call came in about 4 hours later - job done.The rack is as I wanted. Now looking forward to heading out and putting it to use.

Just had a Canopy frame and A “Great Rack” made by Mark and the boys. Turn around was better than promised and the attention to detail really surprised me. The loan car was such a bonus convenience. Would recommend these guys for any aluminium fabrication job you need done.

Celeste and Mark were very informative and helpful with getting my canopy built on time and to what seems to me to be a very high standard of work.I don't know anything about aluminium welding but it looks great, doesn't make a sound and is very secure. I trust them when they say it will stand the test of time.They also put me through Western Auto Upholstery to put a cover on it for me and the service and quality was awesome through them too.Very happy and would definitely recommend to others
