I have to say I'm so pleased with the rear bar I had fitted to my commodore ute at GreatRacks. Celeste in the office did such a great job with the paperwork, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. The rear bar looks great, fitted exactly where I wanted it and has worked beautifully. The use of the courtesy car was much appreciated and I'd thoroughly recommend this company. Great quality workmanship from the workshop!!

Very rare these days to get what you paid for. In this case I definitely got my moneys worth. I cannot fault the service and the professionalism throughout the entire process. I had a canopy with top rack and cover made by the team and can not be happier.Always can be a challenge when you're after a finish that you are trying to achieve, from the get-go nothing was a problem, emails back and forward, rough drawings on my behalf, but the results speak for themselves.I had a face to face and talked with the team onsite and was at ease handing over my Ute for the go ahead to fabricate and install what we agreed on. It's reassuring to come across people who listen to what you say, understand what your after and offer some ideas - all signs of quality and more importantly - experience.I was offered a loan car, time frames agreed on and met, flexibility to pick up at outside hours (due to work my commitments) and the crew working in the factory were happy to have a chat about what they were working on and how to help achieve what I was looking for.I have had a lot of good feedback and comments regarding how good the rack looks, with attention to detail regarding the custom and finer detail stuff.Looking forward to hitting the road with the back loaded up and the boards on top, very shortly.Good job Great RacksPaulybars to hitting the road loaded up soon - Cheers guys
